Description: Supports implementation of user-centered digital marketing strategy for RSNA products and services across web, mobile, applications, and other digital platforms.  Conceives and conducts user research.  Translates user needs into journey maps, sitemaps, wireframes and low fidelity prototypes.


  • Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Work with developers and designers to implement.
  • Research user needs to create intuitive user experiences.
  • Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.
  • Develop personas and usage scenarios in conjunction with Assistant Director: Digital Strategy and Assistant Director: Market Research and Brand Management.
  • Act as the user-advocate during the development process, subjecting early-stage designs to usability testing or expert review, and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective.
  • Participate in meetings with external vendors and internal stakeholders as needed.


  • Bachelor's degree in UX design, visual design, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of UX design experience.
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively exchange information clearly and concisely, present ideas, report facts and other information and respond to questions as appropriate.
  • Ability to present and defend work as an advocate for the user.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in the Association industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
