Description: Support RSNA members and customers with their distance-learning experience in the Learning Management System; and provide support in the administration and coordination on Education Center programs and services, including support of administrative functions of the department.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Provide Tier 2 customer support to external users of educational activities on the RSNA Learning Management System (LMS).
  2. Routinely run standard reports developed for the Education Center's business needs and documentation of compliance with ACCME requirements. Monitoring the data for trends and/or issues to flag for further discussion or exploration with the Education Center Director.
  3. Assist with collecting, organizing and tracking documentation including permission agreements, faculty disclosure information, and other activity-specific ACCME documentation for online education developed by the Education Center.
  4. Support the administration and coordination of committee and education volunteer expert conference calls and in person meetings. Assist with polling volunteers' availability; scheduling and organizing teleconferences, webinars and meetings; preparing and distributing agenda books, coordinating travel arrangements and meeting room set up under the direction of Education Center Director.
  5. Support the coordination and communication tasks associated with the RSNA's annual Honored Education Award. Tasks include gathering and calculating points awarded to candidates based on engagement with Education Center program and product development; drafting a series of communications to inform both aware recipients, and their program directors, of their achievement in earning the RSNA Honored Educator award; and assisting with the development of marketing and communication announcements for RSNA publications as well as RSNA Annual Meeting promotional materials on site.
  6. Provide administrative services to support the activities, promotion, delivery, and follow up for all Education Center initiatives and related services; including internal and external correspondence, scheduling and organizing meetings, and maintaining electronic and paper files.
  7. Process department expenses, invoices, and faculty/staff reimbursement requests for payment.
  8. Assist with registration logistics for Education Center training and conference meetings.
  9. Assist at Education Center department and other meetings by taking meeting notes and following up on identified action items.

 

Requirements: 

  1. Bachelor's degree preferred
  2.  Excellent written and oral communication skills
  3. Must have excellent computer skills
  4.  Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel is required
  5.  Proficiency with PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat preferred
  6.  Familiarity with browsers and troubleshooting routine technical issues desired
  7.  Experience in customer service support
  8.  Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills; interacts effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels
  9.  Excellent organizational and project management skills
  10.  Must be self-directed, flexible, and have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  11.  Detail oriented
  12.  Previous experience working with volunteers in an educational program management setting desirable
