Description: Manages subscription sales and licensing for RSNA journals. Conducts market research, investigates additional growth opportunities, and develops sales strategies for the purposes of maintaining and expanding subscriber readership and revenue. 

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Targets potential markets worldwide and implements subscription, sales and marketing plans to increase net revenue.
  2. Conducts market research and analyzes reports to identify new customers and new sales opportunities.
  3. Represents RSNA in contract negotiations.
  4. Actively promotes RSNA journals and products to new and existing customers, identifies upsell opportunities, and maintains high subscription renewal rates.
  5. Maintains relationships with customers, agents and vendors, providing them with exceptional customer service.
  6. Travels on behalf of RSNA to increase exposure and readership of journals, generate sales leads, and present RSNA products and services.
  7. Helps develop, test and implement new business models and pricing strategies.
  8. Manages sales and pipeline reports.


  1. Bachelor's degree required
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a sales territory
  3. Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth
  4. Successful history of developing and executing sales plans
  5. International business and contract negotiation experience
  6. Knowledge of STM publishing preferred
  7. Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  8. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and analytic skills
  9. Domestic and international travel required
