Description: Responsible for supporting programs and committee activities of and maintaining website content for three academic radiology societies.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Maintains appropriate academic society website content and coordinates work with the Marketing Department.
  2. Coordinates the academic society committee lists in Personify. Interfaces with the Information Management department as needed to maintain accurate records.  Prepares committee lists using Data Anaylzer.
  3. Sends all approved email blasts for the academic societies.
  4. In coordination with the Deputy Account Executive, implements the academic society annual membership renewal process, updates membership applications, and proactively provides excellent service in a timely manner to member requests.
  5. Assists in the planning, coordination and implementation of the AUR annual meeting, Board of Directors meetings, and committee meetings.
  6. Maintains department timelines and serves as project manager when appropriate.
  7. Assists with the development and implementation of special projects, as assigned.
  8. Provides member support services including phone and email correspondence; scheduling meetings and maintaining electronic and hard-copy permanent files.
  9. Creates routine correspondence, departmental meeting summaries, and reports with minimal direction.
  10. Staffs assigned functions at the RSNA Annual Meeting.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Prior Association experience preferred
  3. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office  
  6. Experience working in database software
  7. Strong interpersonal skills
  8. Flexibility and willingness to accept change
  9. Experience in customer service support
  10. Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects
  11. Knowledge of content management software desirable
